Conditions for Return & Replacement
- The product is damaged/defected upon arrival. However, the client should notify us within 24 hours via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via call at +92-332-3312472
- Wrong product delivered
- The product should be in its original and undamaged packaging.
Damaged Product Received
At HANCO, We ensure that the products being delivered should not be damaged during the shipping process. Therefore, we have partnered with TCS & Leopards as our shipping partner. For Karachi, our own logistics will be responsible for the delivery.
However, if a product is delivered to you in a damaged condition, please email or call us for a replacement within 24 hours.
- Processing time for return/refund is 7 working days
- Shipping and handling fee will not be refunded in case of a refund
- Customer will have to bear the shipping and handling fee in case of an exchange
