Hanco warranty covers all genuine manufacturing defects.

Hanco warranty is only valid if the product is purchased and the warranty card is completely filled/stamped by an authorized HANCO dealer and is presented at the time of inspection & claim and before repair/replacement of parts.

This warranty is nontransferable.

Breakage of any glass due to misuse of the Hanco product is not claimable in warranty. Customers are advised to take extra precaution when using glass products.

To hold validity of warranty, the customer must operate the equipment in an environment conforming to specification, following all operating processes and routine maintenance procedures mentioned in the user manual or documentation of the product. Warranty will become ineffective in case of negligence, mishandling, & accidental damage.

The warranty is against defective parts and manufacturing faults only. HANCO will have the sole discretion to either repair the products or replace them in extreme cases only. HANCO's decision will be final to use new or reconditioned parts made by different manufacturers in performing warranty. In case of replacement, HANCO shall own all the parts removed from the product.

In case of repair/service of the product from any unauthorized source, HANCO warranty of the product will become null and void.

Warranty period of parts and service will be for one year.

HANCO reserves the right to charge for any repair/replacement if applicable.

Warranty Exclusion

  • Damage due to normal wear & tear items (filter, bulb, rubber gasket, hose, etc.).
  • Damage on external finishing (discoloring due to usage, accessories, external, removable and/or breakable items e.g. door, tray, burned grid, rotisserie kit, batteries, knob, oil cup, end cap, evaporator pan, strainer, enameled/chromes/stainless steel surface finishing, etc.).
  • Damage resulting from the act of misuse, natural calamity, transportation, improper installation, disassembly, alteration, and modification, damage caused directly or indirectly from acts of government, strikes, lockout, fire explosion, gas leakage, attack of household pests, act of God, lightning, flood, pollution, or any cause beyond the control of HANCO dealer.
  • Voltage surges, use of alternate power supply or power generator, gas supply disruptions, and spikes.
  • No warranty on salted water.
  • It is mandatory for the customer to keep and observe the safety conditions. HANCO will not be liable for any damage occurring due to non-fulfilling the safety precautions.
  • Note: Using a Gas Pressure Machine is illegal as per the government of Pakistan and Sui Gas Instructions. HANCO, as a responsible company, discourages the use of a pressure gas machine. All warranty of our product will be null and void if the customer is found using a gas pressure machine on HANCO products.

Visit Charges will apply on warranty claims after the first month of purchase.
